Yields about 3-1/2 cups.
2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana, peeled
2 heaping cups (12 oz.) individually quick-frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil (optional)
