Alissa- I know exactly what you mean-its not really so bad if your guests wait a couple oif minutes while you slice and serve- after all- everyone is still digesting their haroset, wine,eggs, lamb shank…. But- lately I’ve been roasting chicken pieces just to make the serving easier and less messy!
I like this recipe, but how do you run into the kitchen and carve the chicken (a messy job) while your guests are hungrily waiting at the Seder table for their meal? Can you carve it earlier?
