Avocado Dressing
1/4 cup vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup olive oil
1 avocado
1 garlic
Blend in blender
Nobu Dressing:
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup tamari
3 garlic
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup olive oil
Blend in blender
