This masterpiece of a spaghetti pie belongs on every Shabbat table at least once a month! With Sephardic origins, tadbilah is a Syrian word for sautéed spiced ground meat filling. To make tadbileh: Saute a finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over medium heat till transparent. Add one pound lean chop meat, sautéing and chopping with a fork till cooked. While sautéing, add a teaspoon of allspice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a dash of salt. Thank you @stacy416 for sharing this great Shabbat and holiday dish!
