I’m so inspired by my Jewish Hostess Instagram followers who love to share their yummy homemade kitchen creations. Thank you @flavorful_fit for this reinvented sweet potato dish. All ingredients should be measured to your tastes, so for all of you “exact measurement cooks”- don’t be so perfect- just go for it!

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Orange Juice
  • Salt
  • Pecans
  • Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes
  2. Put small holes in them so they don't explode
  3. Bake until soft and cool,
  4. Cut in half, scoop out potato keeping potatoes skin intact.
  5. Mash potatoes with butter add orange juice and salt and put back into skins.
  6. Chop pecans and mix with coconut sugar and salt and press into top of potato. bake for 10 min and enjoy!
