I made this last week for dinner and served it with grilled chicken and whole wheat couscous. It is a filling and healthy dinner I know you will love! The guest loooooooooved the spices!! I loved it too, adding it to my everyday recipes, since it is so delicious, healthy and easy to make. Paulina, please send more!! PS- I couldnt find a bay leaf in my house when I cooked it , and it was still delish

mmmmm…. I made this yesterday and it was sooo good and easy. I didn’t have can crushed tomatoes so I used fresh tomatoes and a small can of tomato sauce. My husband, baby, and myself all ate it asking for more.
